NLNZBA is an association of businesspeople and organisations with a Dutch connection and acts as a catalyst in encouraging, improving and informing on all relevant matters of business and at the same time support activities of a cultural, educational and social nature.

The Association was established in 1993 to take advantage of historical and present links between the Netherlands and New Zealand and capitalise on the skills, influence, connections and expertise of its members and other business partners.
Membership rates are $75 per year for individuals, and $150 per year for businesses.
